Overview

This policy describes how PickFX (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the PickFX website, buy a license, sign in, or use the PickFX Premiere Pro panel.

What we collect

• Account and billing. Email, name if you give it at checkout, and payment metadata from our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Authentication. Sign-in uses a PickFX account session in the browser so you stay signed in. Monthly panel access may also store a local authorization session on the computer running Premiere Pro.
• Support. Whatever you send to support@pickfx.app.
• Product data on your machine. The panel keeps recents, favorites, and local authorization state on your computer so the plugin works. That data stays on the machine unless you send it to us in a support email.
• Ads measurement. The Meta Pixel on this site records page views and checkout events so we can measure Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc.
• Site analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and product events such as checkout started, purchase, sign in, and installer downloads. It is first-party and is not used to run ads.
• Product assistant. If you use Rio on the website, the messages you send are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) so Rio can answer product questions. Rio does not look up your account, billing, or admin data.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage so the signed-in dashboard session works. The Premiere Pro panel uses local storage for recents, favorites, and authorization. The Meta Pixel uses cookies to measure ad conversions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use advertising cookies. See Meta’s data policy for how they use that information.

• Send transactional email such as password setup
• Respond to support, billing, and security issues
• Measure ad performance with Meta Pixel

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, handle billing, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete account-related data where that applies by emailing support.

Your choices

You can contact us to access, correct, or delete certain information we hold, subject to law and legitimate business needs such as billing records.
