The agreement that covers buying, using, refunding, and cancelling PickFX. Plain English where we can.

Agreement to terms

By accessing PickFX, or by purchasing monthly or lifetime access, you accept these terms. Completing checkout (including clicking a Get PickFX button that opens payment) constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use PickFX.

Use license

Upon purchase, PickFX grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin in Adobe Premiere Pro according to the plan you paid for:

• Monthly access is $9/month, charged today, with no free trial. It lasts for the duration of an active subscription and requires panel authorization so we can confirm access is still valid.
• The 3-day free trial is a separate offer. A payment method is required, $0.00 is charged today, and the subscription becomes $9/month after the trial unless you cancel. Trial access is the same PickFX Monthly product access.
• Lifetime access is $59, paid once, with no recurring renewal. It does not require ongoing panel authorization. “Lifetime” means for as long as PickFX is offered for Premiere Pro, not a promise that Adobe or PickFX will exist forever.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license or account.

You still need a licensed copy of Premiere Pro. PickFX applies production-verified parameters you type. It does not guess unsupported effects.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund, no questions asked. After that window, we review requests such as duplicate charges, wrong-plan purchases, and cases where the product cannot be installed or used as described. Email support@pickfx.app.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and pricing

Monthly is $9/month, charged today, with no free trial. The 3-day free trial is a separate offer: a payment method is required, $0.00 is charged today, and the subscription automatically renews at $9/month after the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel either subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases do not renew and are not billed again.

Prices shown on the site are $9/month, $0 today then $9/month for the free trial, and $59 one time. Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. Local taxes or currency conversion, if any, are determined at their checkout. We do not collect card numbers on PickFX forms.

Disclaimer

PickFX is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim them to the fullest extent permitted by law. PickFX is not responsible for lost footage, project delays, or other damages arising from use of the plugin or website. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply if they cannot be waived.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
